Bappa Eco Idols (Bappa Eco Idols) is a Satara-based seller of handcrafted eco-friendly clay Ganesha idols. We operate the website at https://bappa.dev and the "Aamcha Bappa" community wall.

The "Aamcha Bappa" (आमचा बाप्पा) feature allows customers to share their Ganesh festival celebration photos, stories, and videos on our community wall.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• ✓All content is related to your Ganesh festival celebration.
• ✓You are the owner of or have the right to share all photos, videos, and text submitted.
• ✓No persons appear in photos without their knowledge and consent.
• ✓Content does not contain anything abusive, offensive, defamatory, or harmful.
• ✓Content does not demean, mock, or disrespect any religion, community, caste, or individual.
• ✓Content does not violate any applicable Indian law including the IT Act 2000.
• ✓No third-party copyrighted material is included without permission.
• ✓Content does not contain nudity, violence, or inappropriate material.

You are solely responsible for all content you submit. Bappa Eco Idols does not pre-screen submissions but reserves the right to remove any content at any time without notice or explanation if we determine it violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

By clicking "Continue" or "Save" in the Aamcha Bappa submission form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and you consent to your content appearing on our community wall.

Submitting false, misleading, or harmful content may result in your account being permanently deactivated and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities.

By submitting content, you grant Bappa Eco Idols a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content on our website and social media for the purpose of promoting the festival and our community. We will not sell your content to third parties.

You retain ownership of your photos and videos. You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us at sandip.pilake@gmail.com.

All idol orders are processed via WhatsApp. Prices are as listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

We do not store card or UPI credentials. Payments are made directly via your UPI app, cash, or bank transfer.

Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product.

Your personal data (name, phone, email, photos) is collected only for the purpose of order fulfilment and operating the community feature. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.

All content on this website — including product photos, text, designs, and the Aamcha Bappa concept — is the intellectual property of Bappa Eco Idols. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content without written permission.

Bappa Eco Idols is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the community feature. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Satara, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when terms were last updated.
