Your data is stored in a secure database hosted on Supabase (EU/US servers with encryption at rest and in transit). Photos and videos are stored on Cloudinary (a secure media hosting service) with public access only for approved community submissions.
We retain your data as long as you are a customer. You may request deletion at any time.
Your community PIN is stored as a secure hash — we cannot see your PIN in its original form (though an admin-readable reference is kept for customer support purposes).

We use one cookie: community_session — a secure, httpOnly cookie that keeps you logged in to the Aamcha Bappa community feature. It contains no personal information, only a random session token.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies that identify you personally.
You can clear this cookie at any time by logging out or clearing your browser cookies.
When you submit to Aamcha Bappa and agree to the Terms & Conditions, your festival content (family name, city, idol name, photos, stories) becomes visible on our public community wall.
Your contact details (phone, email) are never shown publicly.
You may request removal of your community content at any time by contacting us.

Our service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Community photos may include children as part of family celebrations — by submitting such photos you confirm you have parental consent for any minors pictured.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or email. The date at the top indicates when this was last updated.
